XT rear, LX front derailleur, LX shifters, Fox F100 RL front suspension 100mm travel; Fox float R with Brain Lite rear suspension (rear is rigid until bike starts to feel bumps and then becomes active rear suspension), Mavic 317 disc wheels, Avid disc brakes, not a scratch on the bike!
